2025 ArtWalk Ventura Venue Application

ArtWalk brings thousands to the Downtown and Westside area of Ventura. Join this popular community event and we will help you promote what you do! Work with artists already affiliated with your venue or we can help you find them. Register at the link below. The cost to register as an ArtWalk venue is $200, which helps pay for promotion of the event.

DEADLINES
• Must register and pay before Sept. 1 to be added to printed materials, including map. Late registrars will still be listed on the website and in social media promotions.

​How to participate
Existing business spaces, community arts venues and galleries will be charged $200.  
​Note:  All venues must have a standing physical location with a postal address. 
​
What you get for the fee: 
• Your business will be featured as a location on the website with your own venue page that has information you would like to include. 
• Business will be listed in print and online advertising with the business name and location.
• Business location with address will be highlighted on the maps (We will be printing 2,000+ maps, plus they will be printed in the VC Reporter and online).
• Each location will have featured shout outs across all ArtWalk social media platforms.

All venues will be required to work independently with their own artists. If you would like to participate, but don't have an artist to work with, we are forming a list of artists who wish to be paired with venues.  Send an email to [email protected] if you are looking for an artist. Once you've found someone, come back and register.

We are excited to bring this community event to feature some of the great artists and culture that we have in our backyard. If you are planning on joining us, but don’t have all of your information yet, please fill out what you can and then we will follow up with you to get more details as you have them. We understand that not all venues have everything lined up yet. We strongly urge you to plan something special for the weekend and advertise to your customers. 

The ArtWalk Zone - currently the area that ArtWalk covers is: Ventura Avenue from Thompson Blvd (the WAV) up to Stanley and Downtown Ventura from Ventura Avenue to Cemetery Park.
