Sarah Flesher
Sarah is a local Ventura artist heavily influenced by primitive Mexican folk art, color, and whimsy. She works in acrylic, paper mache, mixed media, and assemblage art. Sometimes known as, "The Boob Lady," her subjects often involve the voluptuous female form. Her art is also informed by anything from advocacy to playful humor to surrealism. Her main goal is to have fun! ArtWalk Ventura 2019 Artist of Distiction, has shown from Ojai to Venice and everywhere in between. Her work resides in several permenent collections, including John and Sylvia White and The Haberfelde Collection in Pasedena. Sarah will be showing with a collective of like-minded artists for this 2023 ArtWalk, "Off The Wall Artists."
