AB Clawson Paul Lindhard As a Patron of Arts, mentor and Founder of Art City Studios of several visual artists, Paul Lindhard started their creative studio in Santa Barbara. Later he stablished in West Ventura where he continues to contribute to the local arts scene. Art City is a source of inspiration for Paul. Paul Lindhard's career as a visual artist and master sculptor celebrates Art at Art City Studios. His mission is to share his passion for the arts, innovation in respect for nature, being this same great inspiration of his art. Billions of years contained in the beauty of the stones that are offered to us by nature to be sculpted. Paul wants to share his creative universe with the world in his studio surrounded by monolithic stones located in West Coast Ventura. As the recipient of the 2007 Artist in the Community award, Paul has continued to significantly expand his participation in public art projects such as the Welcome to ventura signage, the Main Street bus Shelter, the Sheridan Way Elementay School Outdoor Classroom, the Gary Channer Memorial installation at the Ventura Botanical Gardens, and the Cemetery Park Stone & signage installation and countless other community projects that have made Ventura a very special center of the arts on the Central Coast.

Art City Studios – A Living Sculpture Garden
Nestled in the heart of Ventura, Art City Studios is a unique fusion of sculpture park, garden sanctuary, and active outdoor art studios. Founded and led by visionary sculptor Paul Lindhard, Art City is a creative haven where monumental stone sculptures, carved monoliths, and site-specific installations rise organically from the landscape. Visitors are invited to explore a dynamic environment where the raw power of stone meets the refined touch of skilled hands. The grounds feature an ever-evolving collection of work by Art City’s resident and visiting artists, including large-scale stone carvings, wood sculptures, paintings, and prints—many of which are available for purchase. New to the collection is a striking series of hand-carved stone planters by Kevin Carman and luminous onyx lamps by Paul Lindhard, offering a fusion of art and function that brings the natural beauty of sculpted stone into everyday spaces. Whether you’re strolling through towering granite forms or discovering smaller, one-of-a-kind pieces, Art City Studios offers an immersive experience where creativity lives in every corner—and where art lovers can take home a piece of the magic.
